DG is still top but has slipped a bit in the last few years. Pi phi still second. Theta is way above kappa, let's be real. Theta has cuter girls and is more liked by the frats. I don't think they are interchangeable at all. Also ADPi has risen above axo. From what I've heard that's pretty much common knowledge now. But axo is a well-liked middle house. The only two interchangeable houses are gphi and tridelt. And still I feel like tridelt is a bit better than gphi because they are more party girls...but frats don't really like them all that much.
