i wouldn't say it's harder! most girls rush as freshmen or juniors (transfers) so there might be fewer sophomores rushing though. during rush, girls usually ask you what you did in high school, why you rushed, why you chose ucsb etc etc. it's really just to get to know you and to see if you're a good fit for their chapter. i was super nervous and stressed when i rushed but i ended up finding my home! it's a stressful process but it works out in the end!
