I know Kappa Sigma will have a colony, and Zeta Beta Tau had rush this past Spring but not sure if they're IFC or not (I believe they will be though). And the remnants of SAE are moving into Sigma Pi's old house, and are apparently going to start a Zeta Psi colony.
