Yes, it's a formal recruitment that lasts about a week. So you go to every single house and through a mutual selection, day by day, go to fewer houses for a longer time. The first two days are kind of just introductory and you are assigned to a walking group and a disaffiliated "Rho Gam" sorority member. She's unbiased and is really there to help you and answer any of your questions. Everyone is very friendly during the process. It can be tiring but it's fun and a great way to meet people!
