Since this hasnt been updated in a while and frats have been kicked off since... SAE//PHI SIG//ATO//SIGEP ^the reason I would put it as a 4 way tie, is all the top frats just have different kinds of guys. It's up to your personal opinion which would be the "best" or your favorite, but collectively theyre all good. Phi sig has gotten a lot better this past year because of a huge pledge class and a lot more involvement AEPI BETA DTD SIGMA PI (is this even real?)
