So from what guys in ZBT told me and my sisters, the way they do recruitment is through "teirs," so they basically handpick the guys that rushees get to see at their rush. their exec decides how many points each person gets and basically get to weed out all the guys that they think are weird. Guess it makes sense considering there's three fraternities under one house so they don't want guys getting an image of the house they don't want
