Don't drop. I know this sounds bad, but if you didn't get your first choice, you aren't the only one in pi phi (this is true in all sororities even aphi) and you're not alone in this. If everyone in pi phi thinks they're "too cool" or "too hot" for pi phi, then aren't you all? Go get to know these cool girls! Everyone got the sorority they got for a reason and this is Hopkins, not a high school where popularity "matters" and this isn't a big southern state school where the sorority you're in actually matters. You will get the same experience as the girls in the mid/ upper tier sororities too. Also, pi phi is small enough that you can make a difference! Be the pic that brings pi phi up! Get girls to want to rush pi phi next year! Make cool t shirts, take cool pictures, get more involved on campus, do fun things and reach out to the Frats and sports teams you want to mix with! Look like you're having the time of your life! Wear your letters proudly and you might find yourself in a "top tier" sorority in a shorter time than you think. Think about Theta and aphi and how much they both (respectively. Obv theta is no aphi) have grown and over taken or matched other sororities in a matter of years! You can be that change in pi phi!
