To conclude, the most important piece of advice that a lot of my friends ignored when they rushed was to choose the sorority that you feel the most comfortable and at ease with. Tiers, ranks, reputation, mixers, all of that can change in a year or two. The most important thing is that you are surrounded by girls who love and support you. I am in a "top sorority" and a few of my friends dropped a year or two ago because they were miserable and felt very uncomfortable in our sorority. Once you graduate, the only thing you will have are memories and perhaps, lifetime friends from your sorority. The Hopkins rep will NOT matter - I encourage you to also look up Theta and Kappa on a national level, as they are both very well-established and have huge networks and work with different philanthropies.
