I just pledged pi phi, and even though I do think I will be happy there, I can't shake the fact that they aren't considered a 'cool' sorority even though I really liked some of the sisters I met tonight. I don't want people to judge me negatively just because I'm in a certain sorority, I want to be able to be proud to wear my letters. I also can't help but feel inferior to my friends who went 'top three', especially Alpha Phi because I have wanted to be a sister there since the beginning of freshman year. I also don't want to be judged by different frats who think they are 'too cool'to mix with us, and even though it's superficial it does hurt to be cast aside like that.
