If you're looking for mansions like they have at southern schools, we do not have those. You're correct- sororities do NOT have houses. IX has a some houses that girls live at, as do other sororities but they are just row houses that a few members live at. Fraternities DO have houses. Many of them are row houses (small and can only hold a max of like 5/6 people). Phi psi has a massive house that can hold i think like 30 people. As does the football house (formerly a fraterinity but now kicked off forever). They're right next to each other and share a darty space - they have darties together sometimes which are wild. BOth of those houses are like former 4 story apartment buildings turned into frat houses so its not a traditional frat house where theres a shared kitchen and bathroom but it seems like its better that way - i've been to rooms in both and theyre nice and they both have sick basements for parties and chilling and such. Aepi has a decent house. It's VERY far away for hopkins standards but probably holds like 12-14 brothers? Elmo's has a decent house that can house like 6 or 7 but they have a good basement too relative to normal row houses. You can tell that elmo's used to be very nice inside (it still kinda is) but it looks pretty run down now, like all of the frat houses lol. But yeah elmos has a decent house as well. prob list is: 1)phi psi, football (wawa) 2)aepi, elmos 3) literally nobody else cuz the others ar eall kinda bad row houses lol
