so spring informal rush for panhel organization is known as COB or continuous open bidding where sororities with fewer than the average number of members are able to take more new members; so far FSL hasn't posted about which chapters are doing COB in the spring you could also go through recruitment for IGC women's organizations or you could go through formal recruitment in the fall for panhel check the FSL website for more info because they definitely will be posting soon! i'd post the link here but greekrank won't let me
