First poster got it right. Pi phi was new so kappa got bumped up. They didn’t do a good job recruiting so they stayed bottom. Theta came in and was new but they did a good job recruiting and retaining members and knocked kappa down a rank last year because kappa was just barely hanging on to the spot because they were on campus longer. Overall rankings have shifted a lot but pi phi consistently struggles to recruit and can’t use the fact that their new as an excuse any more because theta has been super aggressive about recruiting and is ranked above kappa which has been around for much longer. All the girls I met during recruitment who ended up in pi phi were the least friendly by far.
