Heyyy, So basically long story short, cut to the chase, I know I'm not a pretty girl and that's just reality. My rush experience seems to have reflected this fact when I compare my experiences/ choices to some of my more conventionally attractive friends. It was so obvious how especially some of the girls in the 'top' sororities were cold or even straight up rude to me during the first few rounds, because they really didn't have any vested interest in recruiting someone who looks like me. Lol I kind of wish they could have at least pretended to be nice, usually it's only guys who act this cold towards me and girls don't usually care. I completely accept the fact that I'm unattractive and I don't care about sorority rankings or anything I was just looking to make friends, but being put through such a superficial process with such vastly different experiences as most of my friends still stings. Did anyone ever feel the same way and how did you get over the feeling of rejection due to being obviously unattractive/ socially inept? I'm not sure why I care but somehow I do, and if anyone had a similar experience and there was something someone said that made you feel better, I'd greatly appreciate hearing it.
