I'm a Junior and never rushed as a Freshman or Sophomore. I heard that it is almost impossible to be considered by more than one or two specific sororities after sophomore (but really freshman) year. Will you please give an HONEST reason for how year affects which girls are picked, and whether its even worth spending time to rush as a junior? I've heard lots of generic "its always worth it to rush!" but I'm looking for honest answers.
