The campus is not currently open for NPC expansion. The expansion plan was not stacked when Alpha Chi was invited. Whether another sorority is needed immediately will depend on the size of quota after formal recruitment and average chapter total. It is generally best to let a new sorority have 2 formal recruitments before having another colony (which could mean after formal in 2016). There is no sorority already stacked for the next colony. If and when the campus decides to open, interested orgs submit packets and the committee invites the 2-4 to make presentations on campus. You will not know which of the NPCs will be interested until the PHC decides to open.
