The way formal recruitment works is that you mostly get to speak with one sister for the entire 40 minute, and they are mostly the ones who decide to keep you or drop you. You might be a lot different from the girl that you were paired up with for that party and might not be able to connect with her as much as you needed to, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. It was just probably not your day. I would suggest you to try again. It's an amazing experience to be a part of. And besides, you really have nothing to lose if you try again. But if you get a bid, you have a lot to gain. :)
