While it's true not everyone will get a bid, the best advice is to be yourself and whatever is supposed to happen will. There are always women who drop throughout the process, so PanHel takes the number of women still in the process the morning of pref, and divides them by the number of organizations going through the formal process. That will give the houses how many women they can offer bids to. Example is let's say day one there are 850, by pref night there are 625, divide that by 7, each house can extend 89 bids.
