Panhellenic has to decide to expand, then sororities send interest packets, pc chooses a group of sororities to present, the interested sororities make presentations, and then Panhellenic members as a whole vote on who they want to colonize. This is a special case because alpha phi was approved but it depends on them and fiu when they colonize. I think pc chose to have tri sig recolonize first.
