In my honest oppinoin, a hierarchy does not matter. The last time one existed was 2016-17 when everyone was competing to become top house. That was the last time you had actual divides with big gaps with size differences. While the campus is rebuilding just enjoy being with your brothers and sisters. When you start seeing those bigger numbers again then we can have this discussion.
