Again... girls say things on here because they are threatened. Theta is a great house and anyone that would say that is jealous. In my opinion top 3 based on academics, show performace and homecoming are Chi 0, Pi Phi and Theta. Kappa had a tough year last year and G Phi is just weird. But all of these are still top 5.
