It would be interesting if the actual facts were known, but you can't trust what someone says on this website. The infamous Chi O hater (probably a KD) could say that Chi O had 10 girls drop but KD had none drop. Would saying that make KD the top and Chi O a lower mid house? Absolutely not. Plus girls drop for various reasons. I know one girl who had to drop because because her dad worked for Chesapeake and lost his job. Their family was kind of tightening up their belts so she quit her sorority to save money. When he's working again they've promised her her spot back. That wouldn't influence tiers at all. Also, Chi O has a long pledge period and they have to make grades to get initiated. Others initiate in 8 weeks or so regardless of grades. That might make a difference in numbers but not tiers. Anyway, just saying that your reasoning is flawed but it would be interesting to know the real numbers.
