It would be telling to know of the bids piphi gave and were accepted, how many were still there to be initiated. I think return rates gives a false positive, as girls don't really know what being in a sorority is all about, but initiation rates give a more complete picture. What houses can claim they initiated all or a very high percentage of their new members?
