since its based on your observation Pi phi- this is based on mine- Kappa had to do a lot of snap bids and Pi phi had terrible return rates: Gphi/XO had the highest return rates followed by theta but for Gamma phi to state at the top they will have to do more than make good grades- win awards etc. Zeta/AXO/KD all had good return rates no snap bids and good grades, involvement etc- this is the most accurate list for our school. GPhi / ChiO / Theta AXO/ ZTA / KD Kappa/ PBP / PM DDD / ADpi / AOII AXiD (still new)
