When I went through recruitment 4 weeks ago, my group was down to half by pref day because of girls dropping out when they didn't get the houses on their schedules that they wanted. Now, at the end of 3 weeks of school, I have heard of so many girls quitting because of the overwhelming amount of time they are required to put in as new members, while they are still trying to acclimate to college life, classes/studying, homesickness, etc. Does anyone keep stats on the drop rate after recruitment and before initiation?
