This ranking is pretty accurate if you look at return rates. Even though Chi O is always on top on the ratings, though, many people including me cut them after the second day because I didn't like their long dry pledgeship and emphasis on winning everything. I'm more laid back and have a demanding academic schedule that would have been sacrificed to doing their many meaningless activities. That's why recruitment works so well - you choose what works for you. If you get caught up in the rankings you might end up where you don't fit as well.
