I think from reading the comments on here that the top couple of houses really aren't disputed much. The questions come between Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi, and KD As far as I can tell, Pi Phi is the top of those houses, then Theta, then Kappa I have to agree that KD is a middle tier house below the top ones.
