as with any colony of any national sorority, the national headquarters is going to be more present, especially up until installation, to make sure the colony is successful or at least gets started. A colony costs A LOT of money, and they just want to make sure they're not wasting their money. That being said, AXiD might take some time to build up, but I think they'll be fine.
