I don't think Gamma Phi is the top house, but one of the top. I went through recruitment this year and I think this is about right. Theta wasn't really high on everyone's list, so my impression was that they were middle of the pack. I really liked KD and Phi Mu, but they were my second and third choices. Still great girls and I have friends in both houses.
