Xo-pi phi-theta-kappa Kd-Zta-gphi Axo-ADpi-phi mu Tri delt- aopi- alpha xi Explanation: I think all top tier houses are on equal playing fields. Xo, pi phi, theta, and kkg are all labeled as top houses usually, but I have heard negatives come out of each house. Xo is full of Jesus freaks and judges you if you aren’t one too(bid promises likes crazy during recruitment). Phi pi requires gym hours for their sorority which pretty much says they won’t take you if you are over 140. They also do the dryer hazing. Theta is know for being stuck up and dropping legacy’s like flies. And kkg has really bad participation within their house events with members. I think kds are usually pretty nice. They have some smart girls and I’ve never really heard any bad be said about them. Zta is also a good one. Haven’t ever really heard anything bad about them and they also have smarties. I put Zta above gphi because I heard gphi has really bad retention rates. They are loosing a lot of girls and there has to be a reason why. They always do good during recruitment but flake out the rest of the year. Axo I’ve heard also has a lot of in house drama. They are having lots of girls drop. ADpi is generally a good house but since updating their new house they have had to raise the price a lot making older members drop. Phi mu I’ve heard has a lot of internal drama and bad retention rate. Tri delt is a nice house and I think they have nice girls but just have that weirdo stereotype. They are really hit or miss. Aopi I’ve heard is not a house that I personally would want to be apart of. Low retention rate, lots of drama, and really clickey. Also the most expensive house but doesn’t really show that they are worth the price tag to members. Axid is also under that werido stereotype.
