Hate to jump in, but you don’t see to have any reading comprehension skills whatsoever. No one implied KD or Zeta was a top house. They are middle tier, like you just said, except they sit higher upper in the middle tier. Without a doubt, they excel in far more areas than other middle tier houses (Phi Mu, AXO).
