Also recruitment is a joke in the big picture. Ah because five ten minute premade and preselected conversations with a person is definitely accurate in assessing values, competencies, and fit for a house. Even corporate recruiters can’t get it right let alone people two years out of high school. it’s all so superficial. Good memz tho.
