okay...first off let me just say that Theta and KD are in no way top houses... they haven't been in years, and won't be any time soon! Theta is above KD for sure, but none are top tier. Chi O is the most diverse sorority out there because all they do is study and no partying or social life. Therefore, Pi Phi Gphi and Kappa are top. I would say those 3 are everyone's favorites. The rest are all jumbled together.
