actually, I'm not a theta, I come from a line of thetas but my chapter is probably what you would consider low middle tier. I love my chapter, but i served as a gamma chi, so being an outsider looking in those were my observations. I definitely consider theta to be a well rounded top house, but I am not a member of that chapter. Thanks.
