OK! So VR tryouts happened and its taken me a second to compose myself enough to write this. Because there are 10 shows, I'm not gonna write about all of them because that would be ridiculous. Here's what i remember: Chi O / Sigma Chi Good creative, VERY chi o choreo.. perhaps too much? And the vocals were fine- Probably upper half of the vocals. Pi Phi / Sig Ep It was quality! Good choreo and vocals. good volume and all that. but this is the issue with Sig Ep and occasionaly Pi Phi, it is quality but it didn't excite me. KD / Zeta Wow! Not having guys holds them back a bit but honestly they sounded incredible and their soloist is sooooo good. Good choreo too but I'd personally rather see it be more show oriented choreo than just showing off what you can do with only girls. Theta / Beta They were easily the loudest group and one of the most memorable openers. I think I'll enjoy it more when I see more of it come together but all around it was pretty enjoyable to listen to and their choreo is no joke. Kappa / Sigma Nu They made it! AOPi / TKE Honestly pretty good! For houses that don't always make VR, I think they had some pretty good quality but I am interested to see what the rest of their show becomes. G Phi / Delt G Phi choreo has served them well in the past and it did again. not as technical as other pairings but thats not to say it wasn't good. Vocals were ok
