Let’s start an open discussion about the lack of diversity in fraternity’s. I saw sorority’s making steps in the right direction this year in recruitment but what about frats. And I don’t want to hear the “ none of them are interested in it” as an excuse. If that’s the case how do you make your brotherhood more inviting to where they would be willing to join? No hate, just wanting to start a discussion!
