I'm in no way saying kappa sig is a top house. Outside of sig ep you can move everyone until phi Delt around in order. Phi Delt is on social now so they're pretty much done. I think they've been steadily improving since I got Here 3 years ago. AGR is top in my opinion and that won't change. I think sig ep might be better than beta though.
