I figure I should add this: if you end up unhappy with where you are on bid day, you can absolutely take a year and go through recruitment again as a sophomore! Especially if you’re able to get your GPA up while in college! Most chapters lower their GPA requirement for college courses because they know it’s harder than high school, but it looks even better if you have a high GPA in college! Most chapters won’t look at sophomores any differently from the freshmen going through recruitment. Even waiting until spring semester of your freshman year and doing COB might be right for you!
