Beta / Chi O KD Pi Phi Theta Sig Ep Zeta Fiji ATO Sigma Chi Y’all might disagree but Here’s my reasoning - Beta and Chi O should tie for first. Definitely the most consistent show houses who can bring it on their own and not have to rely on their pairing to carry them (can kinda lead to some big heads tho) but overall easily the best competition in any show. - 2019-20 was an off year for KD but I feel like it’ll be back on top of the rankings with this years follies and VR. Hopefully we get to have a 2020 follies so that KD can prove why it is still a top show house after an off year - Pi Pi is a recent addition to the top but with their follies and VR shows this year it’s hard to argue that they’re some of the toughest competition. As of right now they are definitely top 4 but it’ll take some good shows in the 20-21 year to cement their place in the top, otherwise I’d switch them with Theta - Theta is definitely a good show house but not being able to participate in anything after follies this year definitely hurt. If they can pull out some wins in Follies and VR this year I think they could be top 3 or 4. Always good competition during spring sing. - Sig Ep had a good run and might have a few good shows left up it’s sleeve but is really gonna struggle to live up to the standard of their 2019 VR. It might take a few shows before their directors figure out what works, so I’d expect 20-21 to be a rough year for them. - Zeta is like Sig Ep in the sense that they had some good shows in the past but might be at the end of that run. They haven’t really wowed us in a while, but I think with the turnover of most of their directors, they could get back on track. - Fiji has some talented guys and some good shows but I think their success is attributed mainly to good pairings with Theta and Chi O - ATO can surprise you sometimes. Kinda like Theta, they might not always bring it at follies and VR but spring sing is definitely something they do well in - Sigma Chi won one follies show and got third in VR... they’re not a show house but I feel like they’ll complain about not being put on this ranking. But Alpha Chi And Farmhouse both have better records than Sigma Chi. Maybe that’s changing though. Who knows.
