The problem is not with Panhellenic, it's with this site and the alums and parents that are guiding pnms as they head toward recruitment. If you notice there are a handful of houses that are considered top houses by the people who post here and by their parents and friends. The other houses get so much criticism that it takes a strong girl to withstand being ridiculed for joining such a "low" house. Of course the girls that stick it out figure out that public opinion of GR was wrong. But weaker girls drop out of recruitment. There's not enough room in the top houses for every last girl going through to get a bid to one of those houses. Nor is it fair for the other houses who get slammed so much. Let's make our site more inclusive.
