I'd say that @ranks is more true to what I saw at OSU. I heard that the Thetas (which are a perfectly good house) are jealous of the reps that the Thetas in Norman have so the Stilly girls are trying to change peoples' ideas about the Thetas. So far unsuccessful but that's why you see so many of these ranks with Theta at the top
