So everyone talks about return rates but how do they know? Every day each house gets their return rates but not any other house. These numbers are seen by the recruitment chair (sometimes their assistants) and the advisors. Since three are usually 5 or 6 people who see these numbers they always get leaked. Yes some people will "embellish" their numbers but I do know that Chi O, Pi Phi & Kappa always have the highest return rates for the first few days. The biggest cut day for all houses is skit day and this is the day that hurts Kappa the most. Pi Phi & Chi O have strong skits and Kappa not so much. But all three have really good return rates for bid day. Chi O rushes different type girls than the other 2 but Kappa and Pi Phi always compete for the same girls. (BTW - I think Theta skit is just creepy! They also have a big cut day after skits but also bigger cuts than the other 3 other houses.) The 5 houses with the best return rates are - Pi Phi, Chi O, Kappa, Theta, G Phi.
