I just want to point out to @Help that Chi o placed 5th in Spring Sing and ADPi got third, so your reason for saying its a low house is incorrect. They are considered low houses because in the Greek System rankings don't change for 10 or more years or until a house goes through scandal (Kappa Fall 2011 and Adpi Spring 2006) so depending on when you rush is when houses will be top or not
