That is NOT true... There are beautiful girls in these chapters (especially in Phi Mu & ADPi). I ended up in a different chapter, but I was in LOVE with Phi Mu & ADPi during recruitment. There's nothing wrong with these chapters. It's just history and no one will ever change the "ranks" cause they're stuck in old times.
