I don't see Phi Mu ranked with KD, AXO, and ZTA. They are ranked between Tri Delt and ADPi. I think they deserve to be there just based on recruitment. Other than that issue, I think this is a good ranking. Pi Phi has posted that they're number 1 and commented that guys like them better than Chi Os. Maybe so, but that doesn't change the fact that Chi O has the 100% return rate and Pi Phi doesn't. This ranking is pretty closely based on return rates as far as I can tell. Also based on talk by PNMs about which houses they're happy to see on their lists and which ones they're not happy to see. Pi Phi doesn't do as well as the houses above them if you're talking to the girls.
