Are you an alum or something? I haven't been here a decade --- but I have spent the last three years here. I can verify that this ranking is correct for that house. The are definitely in the top tier as far as popularity and rush returns. They perform well and handle themselves with grace and style. I wouldn't trade my own house for anything, but GPhi was one of my pref houses and I love my friends there. As for their physical house, who cares. It's like a church -- it's the people not the building.
