Have to agree with Phi Tau doing well in grades this semester and rolling out to a few philanthropies they have separated themselves from delt. Lambda Chi forced themselves out of the middle tier into the bottom tier. I would say that Phi Delt and Kappa Sigma are pretty much even,they are still behind SAE but barely. I could see them both being higher than SAE at the end of the fall semester. I think FarmHouse is going to start plummeting, kids know about the incident and the ones that sign are just going to sign for the house. AGR is certainly on the rise to the top tier and SNU could drop out.
