In my house we release legacies after the first day if they are a BIG grade or pr risk or if they are just completely unable to hold a conversation. Otherwise they stay. For ALL houses, if a legacy goes to her legacy house's pref night, she is automatically on the bid day list. So no, legacies don't automatically get invited back every day until pref, I'm sure you've heard this but being a legacy is not a "golden ticket" on to the bid day lawn. Hope this was helpful!
