If I were you, I wouldn't be posting on Greek Rank during recruitment week at all but ESPECIALLY not if you're giving out some identifiable info about yourself like that. "5 time pi phi legacy" kinda narrows down who might be saying these things. Especially since you probably had a good chance at pi phi because of your legacy status, which isn't easy to do. Their return rates are pretty high (at least when I was there) so they'd love a reason to cut some people, I'm sure. I am not even a current greek member, just an alum from a different sorority. But still. Just some advice. Another piece of advice to PNMs, you guys really need to do some google searching to figure out exactly how prefing/voting works on your side and what happens on the chapter's side. The information is out there. Most panhellenics use the same(ish) rules and it'd do you some good to know the process. They don't tell you everything because all you need to do during rush week is go out and be yourself, and vote/rank at the end of each round. But some of you are on here talking about how you've tried to "cut" a house and they keep asking you back. PNMs don't cut houses, you simply rank them. If you're getting asked back to a house you put on your "alternate" lists, it's because someone you ranked in that spot did cut you. You're lucky to have been placed in a party at all and the fact that you are asked back to an "alternate house" is NOT hurting your chances in your top ranks.
