Someone wrote this as a comment and it is so true "Rank what you want, but fraternities want to pair with kappa and zeta for everything. They are top. They have good grades, involvement, sisterhoods seem close, and they place in a whole bunch of stuff. They also pair with a variety of fraternities for things not just the same houses over and over. Those are qualities of a top house."
