If this is based on everything mentioned above (grades, INTRAMURALS, HOCO, philanthropy) then this is completely wrong. Theta is not good at sports, neither is pi phi. Alpha xi has done well with intramurals, aopi has done well in hoco and also shows. This just seems like a "normal" rank besides where kappa delta stands
